Genevieve Esson – St. Louis Painter and Mixed Media Artist
A St. Louis Missouri native with a B.A. in painting from Webster University, Genevieve paints in acrylics and mixed media. She is an award winning artist who exhibits her artwork locally and internationally. Esson completed an eco- mural Sept. 24, 2011 for Metro Bus Arts In Transit in St. Louis, sponsored by Missouri Botanical Garden and Ameren Missouri. She also painted a life-sized lion statue for University City Parks and R e c reation. This lion statue was dedicated November 26, 2011 and was installed at Heman Park in University City. Genevieve is currently painting a life-sized dog statue for the Animal Protection Association.
